  • Khulna Division

Khulna Division is another division of East Pakistan and it’s within the south-west a part of the country. It had a part of twenty-two,285 km2.

It is division bordered  by the Indian state of province to the west, the Rajshahi Division to the north, the national capital and Barisal Divisions to the east, and incorporates a coastal space on the Bay of Bengal to the south. Khulna Division could be a a part of the Ganges delta or bigger Bengal Delta. different rivers embody the Madhumati stream, the Bhairob stream and therefore the Kopotokkho stream. The division was shaped in 1960.  Khulna Division consists of the subsequent 10 districts and divided into fifty nine Upazilas.

  8. Meherpur was established in the year 1984 and area was about 08 sq.km
  9. Narail was established in the year 1984 and area was about 99 sq.km
  10. Satkhira was established in the year 1984 and area was about 3,817.29km

Total area of Khulna Division is about 22,284.22sq.km
